Lake Superior Life Care & Hospice is a nonprofit, community-based organization. They provide personal and professional care 24 hours a day. Their mission is providing exceptional hospice and end of life care for families and patients with life- limiting diagnosis. Lake Superior Life Care & Hospice creates a personal and specialized care plan to ensure each patient that they are getting the care that they need and deserve. They also provide experts in emotional, spiritual, and physical support to take away some of the burdens from the families during this difficult time to allow them to spend quality time together.
