Trillium House offers a peaceful, homelike environment for individuals receiving hospice services and those in need of short-term care who are unable to stay comfortably in their homes. Our experienced caregiving staff are committed to providing quality care and support emphasizing compassion, independence, respect, and dignity.
Residents receive exceptional care and attention 24 hours a day. We work collaboratively with local hospice agencies and other health care providers to ensure continuity of care throughout your stay at Trillium.
Since opening our doors in 2018, we have served hundreds of community members and families throughout the Upper Peninsula.
