Hospice Support

Trillium House offers a welcoming place of warmth, care and safety for individuals receiving hospice services who simply cannot be at home at the end of life. Working in partnership with your doctor, nurse and hospice agency, we are committed to helping residents and families focus on what matters most — time with each other.

Each resident room provides a beautiful view of the woods and is designed and furnished to allow families to stay with their loved ones. Whatever the time of day, visitors are welcome whenever the resident would like. Our kitchen is always open for families to prepare their favorite meals, make a snack, or reminisce over a cup of coffee.
